VW Type3 Variant "S" body emblem. The type III Variant "S" came with slightly larger 54hp engine. In the US, the variant was imported under the Squareback and Fastback models. Condition of this emblem is good to excellent. Both mount tangs intact, original rubber bushings and stamped metal clips included. As pictured, this badge is currently protected by a single coat of cosmoline which, rubbed lightly with a polishing cloth, should come off completely. |
