Driver Side (or, Left side for Euro) wing vent glass, lower pillar and vent latch PLUS upper pin hinge included. Look at the accompanying detail photos please. This was a unit we replaced in an older restoration due to the previously "repaired" lower hinge post. For us it was simply easier to replace the unit -vs- repairing it properly. That said, there's no reason someone needing a nice, solid Porsche 356 vent wing assembly could save a few bucks over aftermarket prices and get their bathtub sealed up.
